1. Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu

   Our team meets you at Kathmandu airport and drives you to Ethico Retreat, where you settle in, get a short welcome and rest.

2. Day 2Orientation and city tour

   Breakfast at the café, then trek preparation with your guide: local customs, the route on a map and a simple packing list. The rest of the day is a tour of Kathmandu to understand its culture, faith and the social issues behind our work.

3. Day 3Drive to Pokhara (827 m/2,700 ft)
4. Day 4Drive to Phedi and trek to Deurali (2100 m/6,720 ft): 30 minutes drive
5. Day 5Deurali to forest camp (2,520 m/8064 ft)
6. Day 6Forest Camp to low camp (2970 m/9504 ft)
7. Day 7Low camp to high camp (3540 m/11,328 ft)
8. Day 8High camp to upper viewpoint (4250 m/13600 ft), return back to high camp
9. Day 9High camp to Sidhing Village (1700 m/5440 ft)
10. Day 10Trek to Lumre, drive to Pokhara
11. Day 11Drive back to Kathmandu
12. Day 12Rest and debrief

    Breakfast at the café and a chat with the team about your trip, then a free day: mountain biking, bungee jumping or shopping for gifts are all options nearby.

13. Day 13Depart

    A driver takes you to the airport a few hours before your flight, after your last goodbyes.
