White water on Nepal's mountain rivers.

Nepal is famous for its mountains, and its deep valleys make some of the wildest rivers in the world. Choose epic white water or a gentler river, for one day or two.

Itinerary

day by day

Day 16 am: leave Ethico Retreat
- 6 am: leave Ethico Retreat
- 7 am: bus along the river to the lunch spot
- 10 am to 3 pm: on the river, with a stop for lunch
- 3 pm to 7 pm: back to Kathmandu on the 1 day trip, or a night at a riverside camp on the 2 day trip
Day 27 am: breakfast by the river
- 7 am: breakfast by the river
- 10 am to 3 pm: on the river, with a stop for lunch
- 3 pm to 7 pm: back to Kathmandu, or a bus on to Pokhara or Chitwan
