1. Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu

   Our team meets you at Kathmandu airport and drives you to Ethico Retreat, where you settle in, get a short welcome and rest.

2. Day 2Orientation and city tour

   Breakfast at the café, then trek preparation with your guide: local customs, the route on a map and a simple packing list. The rest of the day is a tour of Kathmandu to understand its culture, faith and the social issues behind our work.

3. Day 3Private Heli chartered flight to Samagaun
4. Day 4& 5: Stay at Samagaun for acclimatisation.
5. Day 6Trek to Manaslu Base Camp (4,700 m)
6. Day 7-25Climbing period of Manaslu (8163 m)
7. Day 7& 8: Acclimatise day
8. Day 9& 10: Training day (Fixed lines/ Rope work / Abseil/ Crampon work)
9. Day 11Mountain God worship ceremony
10. Day 12Rest days
11. Day 13Sleep at Camp 1
12. Day 14Sleep at Camp 2
13. Day 15Touch Camp 3 and head back to camp 2
14. Day 16Head back to Basecamp
15. Day 17to 18: Rest day
16. Day 19Head to Camp 1
17. Day 20Camp 2
18. Day 21Camp 3

21. Day 24Head back to Camp 2 after Final Summit

    Breakfast at the café and a chat with the team about your trip, then a free day: mountain biking, bungee jumping or shopping for gifts are all options nearby.

26. Day 29Depart

    A driver takes you to the airport a few hours before your flight, after your last goodbyes.
